The Kasserman is a 100-unit multi-family project in the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver, named for the historic moniker of the neighborhood and Denver’s first carpenter shop. The three-story project replaces an aging 1972 office building and surface parking lot that formerly covered roughly 60% of the parcel. Luxury building features include an on-site fitness studio, a leasing office, an outdoor roof deck with panoramic views of Downtown Denver and the Front Range mountains, a courtyard patio with multi-function game space and outdoor kitchen, a resident clubhouse and a co-working space.
Apartments, available in December 2018, feature two finely-crafted finish packages, gourmet kitchens, spacious walk-in closets, mezzanines, designer features, generous bedrooms and private patios.
The Corum team developed and managed the project and is handling long term leasing and property management as well.
