Pinewood Village I & II is a two-phased project, built over 10 years, featuring 119 units on 2.93 acres. It is a workforce housing community, developed in partnership with the Town of Breckenridge. Pinewood II was awarded 100% CHFA Tax Credits at 60% AMI.
The site is located in a residential neighborhood within Breckenridge Town limits, along Airport Road. Navigating strict design guidelines and involved neighborhood interest groups, the design is very contextually sensitive. Building features include design elements appropriate to a mountain setting, while remaining affordable and environmentally progressive. The project adheres to Enterprise Green Communities standards, which incorporates Energy Star.
