Central 64 is a 220,000 square foot, two-building, industrial warehouse development located in Adams County, Colorado, just north of the Interstates 25 and 76 junction north of downtown Denver. This central market infill project took the place of abandoned former softball fields and offers quick access for tenants to anywhere in central Denver.

The project commenced construction in 2019 after a year-long entitlement process with Adams County and environmental testing. Pet Foods Experts leased the larger building, 156,000 square feet, at completion in 2021. The smaller building was leased by Flowers Foods and Red Rover Storage, each taking just over 30,000 square feet.

Corum sold the project in October 2022.
