5050 S Syracuse is a privately funded, 187,000 SF Class AA spec office building in the Denver Tech Center. Corum was hired after the previous Construction Management firm had been let go, thus leaving the project unmanaged, without approvals or final construction drawings. Within a few short months, we have seen to both short-term needs, such as drawings and initial permits, and long-term processes, such as branding and marketing. 50 Fifty is now on budget and broke ground in October 2016.

50 FIFTY tower is a six-story spec office building, above eight levels of parking, located in the Denver Tech Center. The area is historically a typical Suburban Office Park, featuring buildings set amongst a sea of asphalt parking lots and expansive lawns. The thriving Denver market, coupled with the site’s proximity to the highway and light rail has spawned a recent densifying of the area, an opportunity that appealed to the development team.

The interior of 50 FIFTY is designed to be sleek, expansive and bathed in natural light. Colorado sunshine streams through dual lightwells while 10’ floor-to-ceiling windows provide jaw-dropping views from nearly every vantage point, creating the Southeast’s most dynamic work environment.
